Problem
1. Lack of information: One of the core challenges lies in a lack of awareness and understanding of the concept of sustainability. While individuals may hold environmental concerns and values, this does not always translate into purchasing decisions that reflect ethical consciousness or environmental considerations. Consumers often lack access to comprehensive information about the sustainability attributes of clothing items, hindering their ability to make informed choices.
2. Price: Sustainable fashion products, at times, come with a higher price tag compared to their fast fashion counterparts. This pricing gap can deter potential consumers, particularly those with limited budgets, from investing in eco-friendly clothing.
